Mary has been a tremendous gift in my healing journey. I came to her with little self-awareness. I was very reactive in handling (or not handling) conflict and relationships, automatically reverting to behavior learned from childhood trauma. I juggled unresolved fears, self-doubt, judgement and an intense lack of self-love, most of which I was unaware of, all wrapped up with a generous helping of ADHD. Mary is a safe space. She offers a special combination of wisdom and understanding. She is super solution oriented which I love. Although compassionate she is there to help and guide you to your best version, not to linger in the energy of the original wound. With Mary’s guidance I was emboldened to see the nucleus and connect to the work needed to process, to heal. In learning and practicing the art of recognition, releasing and modifying emotions and behaviors I became self-aware. I feel whole, happy and confident. Because I have been armed with tools and solutions my life just gets better and better. I highly recommend Mary as a coach and mentor.
